COOK-ALONG WITH TUVESSONSKAN
In the fall of 2021, Elin from NANNA did a private cook-along for a company together with cookbook author and food inspiration Julia Tuvesson (also known as @tuvessonskan on Instagram). The participants were divided into groups and prepared a vegetarian dinner consisting of melanzane with lots of good salads, spreads and a delicious dessert. NANNA was responsible for production, materials, premises, drinks, recipe design and some food purchases. It was a lovely evening where the participants rolled up their sleeves and drank wine in a bustling night of tomato sauce, mozzarella and aubergine.
